A house as a place of privileged view of the city and nature. A place of silence and emptiness from which to admire, beyond a hedge, the city.
On the roof of a typical “casa di ringhiera” of the late eighteenth century, in Conca del Naviglio Milan, a long glass fits in the old tiled roof becoming a strip window in a green frame. In this house the light and nature are the elements that define the character; a unique space in which the block of services, covered with gray stone, becomes the instrument for the subdivision of the different areas of the house.
